These terms apply to purchases and use of the McAllen Sports website at mcallensports.com. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms. Please contact us if you have questions before ordering.

Orders, quotes, and availability

Please provide accurate contact details, quantities, sizes, shipping addresses, personalization, and artwork. Products and services are subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges your request; if we cannot fulfill it as submitted, we will contact you with available options or issue an appropriate refund.

A quote is an estimate based on the information provided and is not a confirmed production booking. The final price, specifications, deposit or payment arrangements, and completion date for a quoted job must be agreed with our team. A written quote or order agreement may include additional job-specific terms disclosed before you approve the work.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, and any approved custom-work charges are shown at checkout or in your quote or invoice. Online orders are paid through the payment methods offered at checkout. Deposits, purchase orders, or other payment arrangements for quoted work must be agreed separately with our team.

If a listing contains a material pricing or product error, we will contact you before making a change to your order. You may accept the corrected terms or cancel the affected unfulfilled item for a refund.

Personalization, artwork, and approvals

You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, wording, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork before submitting or approving them. When we provide a design proof, production may depend on your approval. Approval delays or requested changes can affect the completion date.

By supplying a logo, image, design, or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it and to authorize us to reproduce it for your order. You give us permission to use that material as needed to prepare and fulfill your order. This does not transfer ownership of your artwork or authorize unrelated promotional use.

Screen colors, digital proofs, and product photographs may look slightly different from the finished material. Please discuss exact color matching or other critical specifications with us before approving production. This does not excuse a defective item or a material difference from the agreed specifications.

Production, deadlines, shipping, and pickup

Production time depends on the product, quantity, stock, artwork, and approval requirements. Check the product listing or your written quote for the applicable timeline. Tell us your needed-by date before ordering. Rush service is available only when our team confirms it.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout or in your quote. Please use a complete and accurate delivery address. For local pickup, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting our store.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and offer the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Carrier delays or other issues do not remove your legal rights. Please contact us promptly about a missing or damaged shipment so we can help resolve it.

Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations. Custom work may already involve design, materials, or completed production that cannot be reversed. Returns, corrections, replacements, and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Custom-item exclusions do not prevent a remedy for our error, a defect, or damage.

Using this website

Use this site lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, upload material you do not have permission to use, interfere with the site's operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Website text, logos, photography, and other content belong to McAllen Sports or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Shopify hosts our online store, and payment, delivery, or other service providers may help process your order. Links to third-party catalogs or websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Your legal rights

We aim to describe products and services accurately and to resolve order issues fairly. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from misuse of the site or products. This does not limit responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable U.S. law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
